This Iconic Cozy WATERFRONT Cottage was Futured on "HGTV' situated near the end of a quiet cove. Located in Sunrise Beach, the cottage is in a small cove off of Cape Hollow Cove, near the 8 MM. There is a boat launch just around the corner at Rock Harbor Resort. It is close to the new Woods Supermarket and restaurants. The cottage was fully remodeled in 2024 and includes new Central Air, and free Wi-Fi. Plenty of off-road parking for your vehicles and boat trailer. Two comfortable bedrooms, 1 king and the other includes 6 twin bunk beds, and a new memory foam queen sleeper sofa in the family room. The cottage also includes a private dock with a boat slip and a nice swim platform for your outside entertainment. New expanded deck with gas grill, propane provided. All you need to do is make a reservation, bring your food and clothes and make yourself at home. Most necessities in the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom are provided for your convenience. The time is here to book your getaway to the lake! We have also just added 2 new Kayaks, Lilly Pad and a Stand Up Paddle board for you to use as well.

Peaceful and relaxing
We had a great time, was so much to do at the house. Our boys enjoyed kayaking and fishing! We enjoyed all the wildlife that we seen daily. We made s'mores a few times in the evenings. The beds were comfortable, I could barely get my husband out of bed that first day, lol It was such a great vacation! We would definitely stay again!

The house was very clean and comfortable. Checking in was easy and directions from the owner was right on. Even with the water level being down, still caught several pan fish right off the boat dock. After spending days in a motel, the king bed was tops. Best sleep I had all week. A little too windy to use the fire pit on the patio. Would definitely stay there again. Communication with the owners was top notch.

Great relaxing weekend
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and had a fun, family weekend. My kids loved the lily pad and the paddle board. The kitchen was stocked with anything you may need for cooking. The fire pit was great for those chilly nights. The cove was quiet and we enjoyed the scenery. This home was just as described on the listing. We would definitely come back again.

The property was super nice, had everything we forgot to bring. The property is farther from the main strip than we thought but that was just poor planning from our part. The dock was amazing and had anything you could want. It was a great stay and would definitely be back

Just as GREAT as the first time we stayed!
This is our second trip down in 3 years and it was all we remembered it to be plus more! Updated kitchen since then. Added the 1/2 bathroom which was AWESOME to have with 6 boys and 3 adults. Expanded the deck which gave us sooooo much more room to spread out and enjoy the firetable. The water toys and dock are perfect for our boys and they barely came out of the water the entire time! Kitchen had everything we could have needed plus more so you are set there. Bring your suit and towel and enjoy your time here as you won't be sorry! We will be back again!

Lake of the Ozarks
We loved staying at this property. Quiet, cozy home located near the end of the cove. Beautiful decor. Had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy breakfast before heading out to the lake. We spent most of our evenings on the spacious outdoor deck around the fire or on the dock fishing. The owners were very easy to work with and provided all necessary information prior to our arrival. Highly recommend this property.

We had a great time at this little house! It was exactly as described and we really enjoyed ourselves. There were a few cleanliness issues (moldy ice machine, gross spot on the rug in living room, etc) which is the reason for the 4 stars but the owners were very receptive and said they would address it with the cleaning team.

Lovely place. In a shallow little cove. We selected this place because they had Kayaks and paddle board as well as lily pad. Other places we looked at either didnā€™t have them or didnā€™t make it clear what was available. Great place for a family with young kids. Bunk beds definitely not for adults. Would recommend!

The home was very beautiful clean, and it was nice having the kitchen stocked. The outdoors was clean. It was very nice having the kayaks and the lily pad. We did a lot of swimming and fishing. The kids loved it. I loved it. It was very quiet and peaceful I donā€™t have anything negative to say about our stay.

Great Weekend!
We just got back from staying there and our weekend was perfect! There was a total of 7 of us. My husband, myself and 5 teenagers. We knew it looked like a great place from ouctures, but then we arrived and everything was so amazing! It has all been redone and itā€™s beautiful! They had everything that you could think of for your stay from everything inside and out. We will definitely come back to this location!

LOVELY PROPERY
What you see online is what you get! This property maximizes its space and the decor is wonderful. It's a great location and easy to access with limited steps between your car and the door to pack your belongings in and out. It screams come and stay a while!
