"The service and front desk were fantastic. There was always security around and i always felt safe. We had a 1 bedroom villa and there was plenty of space and a large kitchen. The room could use an update as far as the dark wood, dark curtains ans furniture was really worn out but it was a great stay and this would not keep us from coming back. "

"I was pleasantly surprises when we arrived at the Mesa Best Western Superstition Spring Inn. We thought we were staying at the Best Western located at the same Superstition Mall property we had stayed at in the past. I was ready to not like this BW Inn but to my surprise our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Because I didn’t realize we were not familiar with this BW Inn I didn’t think to ask about elevators. So the only reason I didn’t give this location full stars for the outside...

"It was just for 1 night so review is based on that. We we put about as far from entrance as possible. That was ok just inconvenient. Not sure who was above us but they could not have stomped any harder while walking until well after midnight. Pillows were on the firm to hard side for my taste. Front desk people were fantastic and very friendly so this review doesnt reflect on them at all. I am sure if we had stayed longer the other issues could have been worked out. "It was conveniently located for me to do all the things I needed to while in Arizona. The staff were knowledgable about the area and helpful. My room included a refrigerator, microwave and small counter stove top. It would have been helpful to have a channel guide in the room to help figure out local news, etc."
