"This was our first time staying at a VRBO home and we traveled from Hawaii so our 6 year old could experience snow, so we definitely felt out of our element. This beautiful home made us feel instantly at ease. The process from booking to communicating with the hosts to checkin and out was as smooth as can be, and we appreciate the responsiveness of our hosts. Most of all the cabin had everything we needed to have a comfortable, memorable experience. Logging into WiFi was seamless, instructions...

"We rented over the New Years and found that we had plenty of room for our group of 35. The amenities were great. The location was beautiful. Our only complaint was that the previous renter was late leaving, making the cleanup and prep for our stay as not as good as it could have been. The owner/agent tried to help, but they were rushed. However, our overall experience was wonderful and we would use it again."

"Check in and out was easy. Room was perfect. Shuttle to mountain was perfect. While the nearest bus stop was across the street, the number of lines stopping there was limited."

"Pros: Location; Right at the top of Main St. One of the best hot tubs of any ski condo I have come across. Large units with plenty of space and large balconies. Underground parking. Cons: It needs some upkeep. The staff had to be reminded every day to open up the hot tub. Says it opens at 2pm, never opened earlier than three and you had to pester them about it. Barely anything to cook with in my unit. Overall: Would definitely stay there again. It was a good value and my room was...

"We had a great time. One of the toilets in the unit does not flush correctly and requires two flushes every time. They need more dishes. Only 4 coffee cups! The electric oven needs repair the thermostat does not work. I have stayed in this unit at least three times in the past. Never a problem before."

"We went for a weekend get away and it was the perfect setting and room for what we were looking to experience! "

"I did enjoy our stay! Great condo with 2 levels and balcony w hot tub. It does have a sewage smell upon walking in (maybe the main level bathroom?) and just smells dated. Maybe some nice Pura plug ins would help immensely. Overall great location, beautiful view and very serene. "

"Could not have dreamt up better accommodations for our family get away. "

"Really charming hotel... much more spacious than expected. Furniture and appliances were a little dated but it actually kinda adds to the "ski condo" vibe. My floor had a community lounge area with board games, books and a fireplace. Cannot beat the location. Staff was super friendly. Price was great. Overall a phenomenal value and it's nice to know that there are still places in Park City that are affordable. "

"Not a good check-in experience, then when we arrive… No AC. High of 93 the days we were there. Top floor condo. Very very very hot. This was the hottest I’ve ever been in any type of rental ever; home rental, condo, hotel, etc. very disappointed, would not recommend during June-September due to lack of A/C. Nice property otherwise. Very clean rental. Just so so hot and hard to find. Unit 404. Just NO AIR CONDITIONING. "

Rato no quarto

"Fizemos o check in por volta das 7pm e quando nos preparávamos para dormir por volta das 10pm um rato andava pelo carpete do quarto. Ele saiu do móvel em que ficava a TV, correu pelo quarto e voltou para este armario. Minha familia e eu ficamos apavorados e ligamos para a recepção. Não tivemos nenhum auxílio. Simplesmente uma pessoa subiu até o quarto, nos entregou a chave de um outro quarto um andar acima e pronto. Como se isso resolvesse a situação. Logicamente, decidimos não dormir em um hotel em que há ratos no quarto. Após arrumarmos nossas coisas sabe lá como, descemos para a recepção e fizemos uma reserva urgente no Radisson Downtown. Diante disso, gostaríamos de solicitar o reembolso da diária paga ao Hampton Inn Draper. "
