"Had a really good time here with my wife with a group of friends about 30 in total celebrating the 50th birthday of my very good childhood friend. The staff were very friendly and polite, the ambience of the Hotel is fantastic as is the food (very good variety and options for everyone). Our room was a balcony with the Ocean view and very breath-taking waking up to the view everyday. Although quite pricey, we did enjoy our stay."

"A decent resort but showing its age. A very nice beach and friendly staff. Room is quite dark and lacks better illumination. Crowded breakfast and overall Food ok but nothing memorable."

"Arrived on a late flight. They had a taxi waiting for me at the airport. After i five minute drive i was in my room. No hassles. Place was very clean. Only stayed for one night but would definitely recommend this place."

"Good communication. A short stay for approx 13 hours in order to fly out on an early flight after a long cruise. A quiet and residential community and a beautiful home with apartments to stay in. I would choose it again for even a longer stay. "

"A very pleasant good quality 3 bed air conditioned property which is well maintained in Wellness St Philip on the south east side of the island. It is situated in a residential area slightly away from the coast and is not the easiest place to find due to a lack of signage which is common in Barbados. The owner was extremely helpful and did his very best to assist with everything. The location requires a car (although buses into Bridgetown are nearby - and quite an experience to use with a fixed...

"Scrupulously clean, characterful old property. The host is friendly, helpful and very good at answering messages. The locals are very friendly, and it felt a safe area to stay in. Enjoyed watching the monkeys playing in the tree over the road. Lovely area, well away from the tourist traps."

"I've never in my life had such a terrible trip it started right from the get-go the hostess was a very rude and condescending person and what I told her that I could not drive a car there it even got worse I had planned on renting a car from her but when I saw the driving conditions there I decided that I could not drive there by myself I decided that I would just take a taxi and I had given her a check from the states to hold till I could get some cash for her but she ended up catching it...
