"It appears this property is a timeshare and the owners on property are sure to let you know. Some units may or may not be in the pool, should or should not be, etc. we heard a couple stories….
Overall the staff interactions, although few, were friendly.
Parking can be a bit of a challenge so be careful the proximity to tightly parked vehicles.
This is a good location and easily accessible from the main village as well as the morrissey side of the hill.

"We loved the location of this hotel and I loved the view from our room which was a view of the Gentle Giant ski run. I didn’t appreciate that they didn’t have daily maid service, considering how much we paid to stay here. There was a slip that you could fill out to request towels. I put that in and they called and said that I had to come down to the front desk with my dirty towels and they would give me clean ones. They couldn’t deliver the towels because they had too many bookings, but...
