"Went for spring training. It does have family and adult sections. We did not use the facilities. We were out most everyday. The room was clean, but did have odd switches for lights etc., No cleaning services, per say. But, do not expect in a spa experience. It is located on the edge of Peoria, so if you want to drive into town it take a few moments. Overall I would stay there again if things required it. "

"A.N.C. is a great place, very accommodating the coffe in the lobby is a very sweet little treat too. Its close to our family and a great hike, the gym is great, parking easy, easy to get int our unit, we had breakfest on the balcony. Cheers to you A.N.C you are an excellent service and place to stay- beds were so comfy too. Thank you!"

"The owner needs to update the pictures of this house and needs to be more specific about what is there. It was a clean house, but could use some TLC in some areas like rotting baseboards in the bathrooms, light switches that don’t make sense or don’t turn on any of the lights, etc. The furniture is not what is pictured. The master bed is built for very tall people, but we did find step stools under it on our last day there. Overall, the location of the house and the space that is there is great....

"Lovely spot, very roomy with two good sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Clean and very comfortable with a full kitchen and laundry too. Great local coffee, pastries and food. Very little to complain about and would be very happy to stay here again. Only things to note, the lockbox for the pool key did not work which didn't matter to us because it was too cold and be warned, the parking spot is VERY small. Even a full sized car would struggle to fit."

"Très bonne maison pour un groupe d’amis, les 2 chambres avec 2 lits simples pourraient fournir de meilleurs lits, plutôt des lits d’enfant, les 4 hommes étaient à l’étroit sur ces 4 lits sinon tout était très bien, bien situé près des routes principales, quartier tranquille. La maison pourrait être rafraîchie, une machine à café espresso serait un ajout apprécié."

"Loved the house we rented in Peoria. Quiet neighborhood. Close to numerous stores and restaurants. Had unseasonably warm temps and used the pool 27 of 30 days. Many things to see and do in Phoenix area - mostly within 30 minutes of this location. Comfortable beds, popcorn machine, great outdoor patio, nice grill, 2 bicycles, and more. Karen got back on all texts within minutes, and usually seconds. Would definitely stay here again, and likely will!!!"

"This little gem could not have been any better! It is exactly as listed; pictured exactly as shown. We stayed for a week with our fur babies. They loved walking the neighborhood every night and the fenced in yard was a bonus! Everything you could want or need is in the Casita. Communication was quickly responded to; the place was clean and quiet. If we are back in the Phoenix area, we would definitely stay here again."
