"Fantastic view, and a unique setup. I am sure this place is a complete blast in the summer. However, it was very pretty and enjoyable over Christmas as well. A heated pool would be awesome, The coffee shop and evening drinks were awesome. "

"The setting and beauty of the Grand Hotel and its facilities, all kept in pristine condition, are notable. While this is a top-drawer property, the prices (especially for food and beverages) seemed a little high. Perhaps the portion sizes of some of the large entrees could be reduced, though the high quality of the ingredients may account for some of the added expense. "

"Captains corner was delightful. Maureen was so responsive and kind. We had flowers waiting for us as well as a bottle of wine to welcome us. The location is fantastic and we really enjoyed that it was a first level condo. We would absolutely stay again."

"We loved our stay here! The condo was clean, cozy, with a well-stocked kitchen and closet full of beach supplies! This was also our first time in Fort Morgan and we really enjoyed the slower pace of the location, though not too far from Gulf Shores attractions and restaurants. It was a great getaway for our family. We will be back!"

"Best condo we’ve ever rented at Perdido Sun! So very comfortable & stocked with everything we needed. Special attention to making us feel special! Water in fridge & the Key Lime pie along with a handwritten welcoming letter took it over the top! Would stay there every time we go!"

"Decided to spend some time on the Florida coast with some friends. They also stayed in the same condos that we were in. We were all very excited to find everything as listed. The apartment was clean had everything you needed and the view was amazing. No detail was missed. Although we didn’t have the best weather while we were there, we still had an amazing time. Comfortable beds, comfortable couch plenty of blankets. Air-conditioning works great! "

"The property is very close to beach. The neighborhood is nice. The condo is old but well maintained. Few things were broken like the front door lock so let the Owner know after checking inn. No complaints. Enjoyed our stay over all."

"We stayed here for 3 nights. During our travels, we always wipe down everything with disinfectant wipes. Our unit was so clean that the wipes stayed white! I was pleasantly surprised! The elevators are easy to get to. Parking was a breeze. The beach is nice and easily accessible. We liked that there was a little shop in the lobby for essentials. The suite was really a one bedroom condo with a private balcony. It does not have its own washer and dryer, but there was a place to wash clothes in...
