"We had a great stay at Living Springs. The property was so quiet, and we loved having outdoor space to enjoy the near perfect weather. Excellent location for visiting Lassen Volcanic NP! Manager Christine was awesome!"

"We only wish we could've stayed longer!! This is an amazing cabin in the woods. It is well-stocked, spacious, and comfortable. There are little added touches that really make it special hammocks in the back, a bottle of wine, coloring books for the kids, and maps of the area. I would highly recommend! Communication was easy and quick."

"We baked a few Costco take and bake pizzas, played games and drove up to see it snowing in the park to ring in the new year. The next morning we drove to the Subway cave and Burney Falls. The cabin was cozy and comfortable and had everything to make our quick trip enjoyable. The location was perfect. Ping pong was fun! "

"Wanted a comfortable place to stay near Lassen, and this fit the bill. The kitchen was nice and well-equipped. The hot tub was easy to use. It was easy to find. We weren't there for very long, so not too much to say, but I'd stay there again. "This property is amazing! Location is only 15 minutes from LVNP entrance. Set in a private neighborhood with great outdoor space. Home is very well decorated and equipped with everything needed to be comfortable. Great for us 4 single adults and would be comfortable for a couple more or couples or a couple of families. "We’re here on work great place"

"Though we only stayed for a night, I felt at home as soon as we arrived. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to set us up and prepare us for the night. We were offered firewood which we used to have a small barbecue and s’mores outside our room right before we crawled into bed. The mix of homemade food with the suspenseful forest night ambiance made our stay fun and extremely comfortable. "

"The RV we had reserved did not have a functioning refrigerator so we were "upgraded" to a larger place. It did not have the same amenities as the original place.
