"We traveled to Johnson City from Savannah Georgia to celebrate Christmas. The home was exactly as described and was decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch. I was easily able to entertain a family of five for the holidays. We would definitely stay again. Cheers!"

"Enjoyed the stay. The owner's communication was exceptional. Location is very convenient to the surrounding Tri City area. Cleanliness and decor of the property are excellent. Due to the weather, I was not able to interact with the animals, but perhaps next time! "

"Clean and cozy! Pleasantly surprised by the house being decorated for Christmas. The house exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend to others looking to stay in the area. "

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The cabin was clean and homey. The location was great and very close to anything you might need while still feeling remote and in nature. Gary and patty were also amazing—super welcoming, kind and helpful. Will definitely be back!"

"We stayed here for one month while we were visiting family nearby. As remote workers the set up was great and the WiFi was fast and reliable.Kitchen is well stocked for home meal prep which I was happy to make use of. The beds and linens are super comfortable. Cleanliness was immaculate. Great water pressure. The reclining couches were so nice to relax in. There were also cleaning supplies which isn’t the norm for most rentals. Any small item you’d need they thought of it. We loved the location...

"Perfect for what we needed and easy to get to. House is very cozy, spacious and clean. It has a fenced in backyard with a little patio. The rooms were very large. They had snacks and board games. Host communicated well with clear instructions. I would stay here again."

"We were in Kingsport to visit relatives and needed a place to stay. This house was clean, comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We didn’t need to cook, so I can’t speak to that. The only negative I have to say is that the air freshener was too strong when we first got there. It made us wonder if it was going to smell bad when it wore off but it didn’t. The house didn’t need it. I’d definitely stay here again and just ask the host to hold the air freshener. "

"So natural and gorgeous! Couldn't ask for better weather to enjoy evenings sitting around the fire pit surrounded by the woods. What a wonderful place!"

"Wonderful place! Absolutely stunning surroundings! Communication with the owner was seamless! They were super kind and responsive! We even had a little welcome basket and card! Love the personal touch! We will be back (maybe when it’s a bit warmer!)"

"This cabin is secluded of the main drag in church hill. It’s is very close to the main rain that will take you all the way to Bristol or even back west. We were down when it was an extreme rarity for cold weather but the host was very understanding and helped us stay warm. His communication was top notch. This is a very cozy cabin and I would stay here again due to communication with host and the overall location of getting anywhere we needed too. "

"We loved our short stay. The view from the deck was beautiful, with serene waters surrounded by nature. Our teens loved the dock area and were able to swim and kayak. The location provided a perfect location from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The house was well stocked for our stay and the check in process was easy. We would highly recommend this beautiful spot for anyone looking to relax and unwind in a great location."
