"Wonderful historic old Hotel turning 100 this year. Staff were wonderful, great location and close to a 5star experience but let down by the bed in our room. Unfortunately the bed was extremely firm and the topper was very worn making for a very uncomfortable rest. Not a luxurious rest that you would expect in a 4/5 Star Hotel. We rang reception at 1am and they did send up extra quilts to soften our experience. Roof top bar has a great view, nice atmosphere and 5star prices which we have no...
