However, the driver was at a different gate. So we had to get a “Grab” (a version of taxi/Uber). The staffs apologized and gave us a complementary ride back to the airport. We did not have to argue. They just offered. They were great. "

Our 2nd room wasn't ready by check in time and I Wasn't awear a fire drill would be happening during our stay but didn't know it was a test because I actually couldn't hear the alarm in our room just a slight beep so the noise was only in the hallway but couldn't hear that it was a drill.
