She was one of the nicest staff I have ever encountered and I feel that she is a very good representative of your brand. She possesses charm intelligence and humor. I would like to see her progress into management if the is her dream as d she would be excellent at it"

"FIX THAT SIDE DOOR! I will never stay here in the winter again. The whole first floor was totally miserable the first couple days. It’s was in the teens outside and felt like 35 degrees in the hallway. Then our heater didnt work, great service moved us to the second floor and this Floridan finally got warm. The heater was the best part of that room. Now, why is there only 2 TOWELS and 2 WASH CLOTHS? Saving money? I think not, just makes it harder on the clientele! 2 towels is crappy...

"It was great except for housekeeping coming an hour and a half early trying to rush me out of the room at 1030 when checkout was at 12. Housekeeping was very loud in the hallways talking to each other and rude. But other than that it was great!"
