"This condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. It was in a perfect location to so many of the things we did in Lake Tahoe, as well as restaurants and a grocery store. It had a pretty lake view and was very close to several beaches. The binder with lots of information including things to do and places to eat was very helpful. Joseph was very quick to respond to any questions. We couldn't have been happier with this choice!"

"We have stayed in this location for many years. 5 minutes to Kings beach- no parking after 8am on weekends 9:30am on weekdays. This condo needs a lot of updating. Lots of things broken. Condo was somewhat clean. A lot was sticky when we got there from some furniture and part of the floor. Trash from the previous guests was found on the floor scattered in various places by the couch. Fridge takes over a day to cool down once we put food in."

"PROS: The place is nicely maintained and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s located in Midtown next to Downtown to all our activities. CONS: The wall heater in the bedroom made an annoying hum when on which made sleeping difficult to sleep. There was a beeping noise every 20 seconds that may have been from the smoke alarm. "We had a great time and loved the place. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms and the condo was very spacious! Small issues with one toilet missing the handle and broken blinds, but a service tech came out and fixed."
