"Well maintained, clean and cozy condo that couldn't be more conveniently located to Hampton Beach. Parking close to elevator. We felt safe and secure. Very quiet in late November. "

"Property needs to be updated a bit. Bed was very comfortable but I would have liked to be able to open the window. Window opened to the walkway right by the elevator. Thankfully a fan in there. The couch needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. Bathroom needs some work. Could use some caulking and a new toilet paper holder. I did not see a hair dryer anywhere. Door stops are broken in the entrance and bedroom and just lying on the floor. My husband had to fix the toilet several times...

"The condo was clean and appropriately stocked with necessary supplies. Check in was super smooth, and the host was very communicative when I had questions. The location was convenient and an easy walk to the beach. 5 stars from my family!"

"Overall we had a great stay. The location was excellent and they explained King Tide to us before our arrival. They wanted to make sure we understood and were comfortable with king Tide prior to our booking which they did not have to do. The one frustration we had: The Washer/dryer was brand new and When we used it the machine didn’t work. Unsure if it was user error, not set up correctly, or it’s a lemon.
