"Very easy to access, nice location in the middle of the town. The outdoor sitting area was particularly nice. "

"Great place to stay. Very handy for walking to the Mayo Clinic. Also very clean. Although we only stayed one night, it would be especially nice for longer stays as it really is a small apartment."

"Our adult sons and their wives from Washington State and Wisconsin joined us so we could also visit my Mom, sister and her husband, and brother. The house is spacious, comfortable, with several rooms to gather, as well as a table that can seat 10, and a well appointed kitchen. We loved it, and would certainly stay there again. "

"Locked out of rental. Owner acknowledged that door lock freezes and locks people out some times. This is a safety issue for those that rent. Owner was quick to respond by having a friend come over and let me in. Black mold on ceiling, cobwebs on ceiling lights, dusty. Could not regulate heat in rental unit, very cold at night in rental. Owner was good to work with, but I should not have had to asked for the lock on door to work. Washer and dryer are a shared between residents in house. VERY...

"It was clean and comfortable that is what matters. Husband and wife stayed in accessible room 121 for mayo appts. Only thing was we were right next to an outside door so it slamed when people would go in and out. Bed was firm and great! Food was plentiful for the normal hotel breakfast. For the price it was great! Our grankids would of loved the regular pool area was above standard with additional little kids pool and hot tub. The bus to mayo would come in and anounce to the 24 hour coffee area,...

"The check-in personnel was very friendly and informative about the facility without having to ask. A restaurant is connected which makes it very convenient. Not far from then Mayo Clinic."
