"Otelde ilgili tarihte konaklama yapmadım çünkü yer yoktu ve bu sizle otelin sorunuydu. Ayrıca paramı da hala geri alamadım. Otel de siz de paramı geri yatırmak adına hiçbir şey yapmadınız. Size cevap olarak şikayet maili göndermiştim fakat bu da dikkatinizi çekmedi sanırım. Ödemiş olduğum tutarın hesabıma geri yatırılmasını istiyorum !!!! Aksi takdirde ilgili makamlara sikayetimi taşıyacağımı bilmenizi isterim !!"

"We reserved 5 star Kervansaray otel in Bursa. when we arrived there, we got suprised beacuse hotel has been closed for more than 6 months. I Tried to call your call center but the computer said to me that we could not speak to the call center until Monday. Than we chatted someone from your website than they called us . but if we don t speak English we could not communicate with someone.
