"South Durras is the quintessential 'get away from it all' location. The beach is wild and beautiful, and largely deserted. But it is only 15 minutes into Bateman's Bay for supplies and whatever else you may need. "Our stay at Sandy Shores was amazing. The house is set up perfectly for pets with balconies, a secure yard and access from the gate to the 24/7 off leash dog beach with no roads. The back fence is not quite shoulder height and is climbable, but held all our dogs without issue (2 x labrador size and 1 Jack Rusell).
