"This cute home was the perfect place for a girls trip! Close to everything! The beautiful Barton Springs swimming hole is just down the hill. The beautifully decorated and welcoming porch and water feature provided a peaceful location for a glass of wine and crackers before going out on the town. The kitchen is well equipped! Beds are comfortable! Lisa was so easy to work with! We had a lovely time!"

"Five of us stayed here for 4 days in October and we had a lovely time. The house is spacious, clean, and in a safe enough area to walk to a few eateries. Communication with the owner was excellent; very prompt when we needed him. We would definitely like to come back! "

"The house was beautiful. It had enough room for the 4 of us. The house was beautifully done and decorated. Its close enough to everything wether you travel by car, scooter or walk. But far enough away that your not right down town. We had an amazing stay. "

"Property is very nice, quiet area. There’s a short learning process with the amenities which are controlled by the provided iPad. It’s really the way to go, so live and learn! Overall a very nice home with a nice outside."

"This beautifully appointed, immaculate home provided the perfect place to recuperate after a minor outpatient procedure. The neighborhood was quiet, convenient to the Westlake Medical facility, doctor's office, grocery store, and the airport. My husband never sleeps well away from home, but he thoroughly loved the mattress, linens, and pillows upstairs on the king bed...this a MAJOR compliment! The heat issue mentioned in other reviews has definitely been addressed as it was comfortably...

"The common areas are large and comfortable. Plenty of room for 8 adults to stay. 15 mins max to downtown and very easy to get a ride share. Very clean. The host was extremely responsive. You should note that the "heated spa" (hot tub) does not have jets. Would stay again. "

"Very nice rental property in the South Congress area of Austin. Less than a 5 minute walk to great restaurants and shopping. Property was clean, comfortable, and made for a great stay. The hot tub was wonderful! "

"We would definitely stay here again. Perfect space for a group of 3-4, as both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms upstairs plus a third half bath downstairs. The house was spotless, well stocked in the kitchen with utensils and basics (coffee, tea, spices) and with linens. Quiet street but minutes away walking to amazing restaurants bars and shopping. We didn’t have a car but the dedicated spot was nice to have. 10/10!"
