"Beautiful garage appt in a great location to walk to restaurants etc. Note that there is street parking nearby and then you walk down the alley (3rd house down) to access to the property. LOTS of communication from the property manager before and during our stay. "

"There were a few issues - no remote for the master bedroom tv, one burner on the stove didn’t work, a couple of towels had stains. The host responded quickly to concerns. The house several upgrades, especially in the bathrooms that were nice."

"The property is actually a duplex, 2 separate units. If you have a large group where you all want to be under the same roof the entire time then this may be an issue. I had my 2 adult children and it actually worked well as they had their own space to retreat to. We are on different schedules so worked well as we could go to bed and get up without much worry. "If you want to be close to everything and really get a feel for the city of Austin this is the place to stay! Walking distance to some great local restaurants and shops, and a very short drive to everything else. Clean and well appointed condo with private covered parking on a shady quite street, quintessential South Austin as I remember it from my time as a resident 25 years ago. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again! "

"We picked this place for its proximity to S. Congress St. so that we could walk to restaurants/shopping/music. It worked well for our group of 8 women. Fire pit area was nice to happy hours. "

"Well, honestly this is a tough one. This is a hidden gem and I don't want to tell anybody about it so it will be available for our next trip. This house is beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable (we have stayed in numerous VRBOs where the mattresses were hard as rocks). The house was so clean and very spacious. "We had an incredible stay here. The property is beautiful and clean and the outdoor area is so nice and relaxing. I had a college reunion with 7 girls and we stayed here very comfortably. The location is incredible, just a short walk to Barton springs and the trail. Host is very attentive and nice. There are sky lights in most of the rooms including bedrooms so if you’re wanting to sleep in I would bring a sleep mask. "

"Everything was as advertised. The property is tucked away from the South Austin traffic, but close enough to anyway you need to go. Liza’s communication was outstanding. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"Adorei a minha estadia em Austin! A localização é excelente, em uma área tranquila, ideal para relaxar. Os funcionários foram muito gentis e atenciosos, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Embora o hotel não ofereça café da manhã, os quartos são studios com cozinha, o que foi uma ótima vantagem, pois pudemos preparar nossas próprias refeições. O quarto era super confortável e o hotel, no geral, estava sempre muito limpo. Achei que o custo-benefício foi ótimo, considerando o conforto e a praticidade que o hotel oferece. Um ponto a se atentar é que o estacionamento custa 5 dólares por noite, o que não estava especificado no Hoteis.com, mas ainda assim é um valor razoável. Com certeza, voltaria e recomendo!"
