"We wanted to do something different and came across the aqua lodges at Yacht Haven. The staff at the marina were very helpful and friendly which made check-in and checkout a breeze. The property was just as the photos detailed. Very clean, new, great location for moving around the town. We rented a boat onsite and they had bikes, kayaks and paddle boards available. "We enjoyed the small deck that allowed us to watch the boat activity. The shower was so slick it was dangerous to use. It was a little inconvenient to either walk on the short gravel path or walk on the decking and step over all the hoses that were used by the fishing boats. "My husband booked this for us last night for Valentines Day, we tried several times to call and message to let them know when we would arrive and had a few more questions, after many attempts we didn’t even go as you have to call them to get the key and they never answered or replied to us. This is non-refundable so we didn’t go and we have lost our money. After seeing the first review I’m not sure why this is offered on any site. "

"Was just a teaser initial trip to Key West but staying on the water was awesome! Beautiful views and great amenities. Kevin and Captain Philip were great throughout the whole process including great local recommendations! One thing to note, if you are 6’ plus, will need to watch your head and the steps downstairs require concentration. As a shorter person (barely 5’!) it all worked perfectly for me! Look forward to staying again and taking the boat out next time! "

"The place is not what they said it was. The boats are not clean. No working kitchen or bathroom. In my opinion very sketchy to say the least. Do not book you will be very disappointed.. The local law enforcement is looking to talk to the owner. That is what a local sheriff’s deputy had said to us. What a joke! Don’t do it."

"We had the best time relaxing and exploring. The Bonne-Vie is just a short dinghy ride from the dock and it’s in a quiet, peaceful cove where we were able to watch wildlife from the boat and fish. The boat has plenty of room and Mark is an amazing host and gives you an intro to everything on the boat and is quick to respond and help with any questions. We loved watching the sunrise and stars from the bunny pad and going to the nearby small, secluded beach. We can’t wait to come back!"

"It was awful. We didn't stay, I honestly felt like my kids and I were going to be trafficked. They were an hour late, unapologetic, told me they had 4 last minute bookings, so why did they get priority over us who booked well in advance. A strange guy asked to motor us out to a different boat but said he'd have to clean linens first. They weren't going to leave a boat for us. It was pitch black. They didn't have my parking pass and didnt even know where I should park. "
