"Lady in front desk was super friendly. Had a wonderful relaxing sleep. Felt extremely safe. Seemed like place was a lot better than the resort I had stayed in San Diego. Of course not a whole lot of amenities. But it was well worth the price "

"The outside is nothing like the inside. Although older and run down looking the room was clean and perfect for our stay. The hot springs soak was nice (minus the guy who kept shushing even the people who were whispering) and the gift shop area was full out cute and useful items. They price was fantastic and I see us staying at the Charles more frequently!"

Arrive before dark, because your first time, the property is best negotiated in daylight. Put wood orders for the chimneys in early each day, they can run out.
