"The room was very spacious and clean. Finding a place to stay as a family with 4 kids isn't always easy, but our room had a king bed, pull out couch/bed, and full size bunk beds. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be staying here the next time we come through. Only complaint was that it wasn't ready at check in time, but the staff was very nice and reassuring while we waited. The strawberry waffles at breakfast are just the icing on the cake for this hotel!"

"The hot spring pools were very clean, and had a lot of variety, including adults only pools. Dinner in the dining room was good, but not spectacular (next time we'll drive into Buena Vista for dinner). Well worth the stay and a good value because of the fantastic hot springs."

"The staff was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was a great start to the day. Room was very clean and comfortable. Gunnison was fun to walk and Crested Butte only a half hour from hotel. Loved our stay. "
