"We never encountered the staff people, but we didn't need to, because the arrangements for checking in were well thought-out and everything worked as promised. Also, nothing came up in our two-night stay that required help. The beds were really comfortable, we could keep the room at just the right temperature for sleeping, and the place was quiet. It was just the sort of stay we hoped for, and we'll stay here again if we have the chance."

"Hotel bem localizado, está a duas quadras da 5th avenida e é esquina com a Broadway. Limpo, com cama confortável. Quartos com iluminação para cromoterapia, muito agradável. Mas falta luz nos banheiros, especialmente para nós mulheres que gostamos de nos maquiar. Para os solteiros é ótimo pois rola uma balada no térreo e se não estou enganada na cobertura. Para as famílias, é comum subir com algum tipo estranho nos elevadores por motivo das baladas. No geral o serviço é satisfatório e a internet...

"Our stay was absolutly the best, when I went to the counter Sarah was the host and she greeted us with the best customer service and was friendly. The beds were very comfy and also the next morning the continental breakfast was the best we ever had so keep up the great work guys, there is nothing more you need to do to improve."
