"This was a cozy, clean, and nicely appointed place to stay. The owner and staff were attentive but also gave us plenty of privacy. We loved having the hot tub and nice back yard for unwinding after a day hiking in Mount Rainier National Park. There is a fun outdoor restaurant right next door that served good food in a laid back atmosphere. It was very quiet at night and easy to sleep here. "Such a cool place in the middle of Yelm! We were going to camp on a weekend that decided to feature lots of thunder storms, so we opted for a bed and breakfast experience instead. We enjoyed wandering through the main part of the bnb and looking at all the art, and spent the evening in a nearby park watching the storm roll in. We spent the next morning with the hosts, who were a blast to chat with over breakfast. Thank you for the lovely experience!"

"I was underwhelmed with this hotel. It is under construction right now, so the lobby layout is confusing and feels very cramped. Our room layout was fine and it was clean, but the bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. The bathroom door was a pocket door that did not go all the way to ground, thus providing very little privacy. The location is great, but this was billed as one of the nicest hotels in Portland and overall felt very mid-range. "
