"This was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean and new. Everything we needed was provided including breakfast. There is a general store and a playground. The cabin itself is two stories. The main bedroom was on the first floor and the other 3 beds were in the loft. We had a lovely time and will definitely come back again. "

"This is a quaint, older property in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to SUU and the Shakespeare theaters. We stayed in the basement Beatrice room. It looks just like the pictures on the website. "A very nice place to stay. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood and felt like a bed and breakfast just without the breakfast on site. Breakfast was offered at a sister location a few miles away if we wanted it for $20. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. It was located about 17 miles from Bryce Canyon National Park. My only complaint was the check in process. Since there is no front desk, I had to call the number on my reservation to ask how to access my room. I was advised by...

"Pros- Nice B&B to stay at while traveling to the parks. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. Bedsheets were so soft and cozy. Cons - There was a big stain on the comfy looking chair in our room which we avoided sitting on. Shower curtain was also stained at the bottom (mildew or rust), shower drain cover was loose and almost cut myself on it. Sink was also clogged. "
