"The front desk associate when we checked didn’t feel well at all but was extremely efficient with the check in. The night front desk associate not as helpful. My husband was trying to get a soda-machine was not working properly. He went to the front desk and the associate was very rude. He said rudely-those machines are not ours! I can’t help you. Unacceptable!"

"This was the cleanest hotel ever. Even the public downstairs bathroom in the lobby was Spotless. The staff were very friendly. I was there for my son’s graduation from Basic and it’s 10 minutes from Base. Ten minutes from all the restaurants and basic shopping like walmart.. dollar stores. "
