"Clean house and comfortable beds in a nice location, but the main bathroom is fairly small and the shower/bathtub is pretty basic. Some broken blinds in the bedrooms allowed a distracting amount of light from the security lights next door. Good value for the price."

"Good service "

"My wife, daughter and I were in town for a volleyball tournament. The check-in and check-out process was easy, communication with the host was wonderful. The main road was semi-busy all night (Saturday night and not the host's fault), the sidewalks were not shoveled and the queen bed in the 2nd bedroom was a little tight, but everything was very clean and we would book again. The apartment is on the second floor and the TV is on the 3rd floor in a very cozy place."

"We had 10 of us starting for the weekend and had a great time. The check in was confusing because they had a different phone number than my own? Also the place could use a good dusting. But all in all it served its purpose and we had a great time! "

The apartment exceeded all expectations, offering ample space for my sister and two teens to relax comfortably. "My wife and I celebrated our 50th birthday at Stay n’ Play with family and friends. It was a perfect! The home offers several areas to sit and talk. The enclosed patio provides a spacious feel with the large edge to edge windows! The large kitchen island is a great place to stand and snack while you catch up with your guests. The service area next to the dining table is the perfect place to plug in crock pots and warmer plates for serving hot foods. There are large TVs in almost every room and...

"We enjoyed our stay in Wilmington. It allowed us to have our dogs with us while we visited family. The house was as described. We had to leave early to get back home but will love to stay here again as we come over to Ohio. Bill"

"The property looks to be newly renovated and very nice inside. But because of the age of the property, those stairs are super steep. And for a bunch of ladies in their late 50s early 60s it was no joke going up and down them. The only other flaw was the heat disbursement in the house. Again, because it is an old home, the third floor bedrooms got super hot. But again, it is a beautiful home! "

"Our group of youth and adults loved staying in the Golden Goose! We had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun weekend. The hosts were communicative, and check-in/check-out instructions were more than reasonable. I bet it would be even lovelier in the spring and summer, to better take advantage of the outdoor space! My only note would be that this is not a great option if people in your group have mobility needs. There are a *lot* of stairs."

"Katie greeted me by name when I arrived, and got all the basics - door keys, etc. quickly, and explained they are proximity - so just a tap is needed. The building is really well built, with a fitness room and laundry available 24/7. Met interesting 'neighbors' in the same building. The room is one of the best, and nicely decorated. And I got a great night of sleep - so necessary for travelling!"
