"This was our first time to Branson. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere, but we faced issues on our first night. The toilet didn't flush properly due to a loose handle which we fixed by opening the top and tightening the handle. We received four wooden tokens for two seasonal drinks each evening, but when we ordered Mistletoe drinks, the waiter said the tokens were only valid for a "polar" drink that wasn't on the menu nor mentioned.
