"Bien, buena estadia, muy comodo, bonita habitación. La persona que atendió fue cordial. Cosas por mejorar: Pidieron por WhatsApp datos de la tarjeta de credito lo cual no genera confianza. Hubo fallas en la comunicación para recibir el código para abrir la puerta. La cama doble está compuesta por dos sencillas, lo cual hace que se sienta el hueco en la mitad. El baño no tiene circulación de aire. Poca flexibilidad en caso de enfermedad."

Próximo a bares e restaurantes à beira do canal (alguns deles em barcos) e a menos de 20 minutos a pé de alguns dos principais pontos turístico e da estação de trem. O apartamento é enorme, muito limpo e bem equipado. Ideal para famílias e executivos que vão passar mais tempo na cidade. O edifício não tem com recepção e coleta e entrega das chaves é feita por meio de um cofre eletrônico no hall de entrada. Tudo muito fácil e rápido."

"Middle of March and still fairly cold .Main heating doesn’t stay long enough to heat up the apartment.I had to use the electric heating which run on a meter .I ended up paying £15 on the electricity meter for heating ,lights and cooker for 3 nights stay .The downside for me was paying to keep the electricity going .Just be aware when booking ,they have the old electricity meter where you have to pay extra to keep the electricity going for the duration in your stay "

"This is my second time staying for work purposes and I bring my family and the staff are all so brilliant. If I am late checking in, they send me self check in details, if I message they reply really quickly. NEVER had an issue with payment I make pre arrival. The fridge is stocked with drinks you can buy. This time I stayed in bigger room on the Tesco side and it was slightly noisier BUT it had a washing machine which was fantastic.
