Although the place is a little old, it's convenient, in the center of the down, walking distances to restaurants, museums, parking available all day long. The apartment manager is very nice, and responded to questions promptly, and very accommodating the changes. "Cute apartment that was within walking distance of pretty much everything we needed and lots of great places to check out. We only had a couple issues but they could be because of our extended stay. It was difficult to bring all our stuff to the third floor (that wasn’t in the description) and the laundry schedule wasn’t easy for us to work with. There weren’t any cleaning supplies to clean up after ourselves so I had to purchase some. However, everything else was great."

"My husband and I, along with our black lab, spent 4 nights at the Bear's Den, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The cabin is very clean and beautifully maintained and was very comfortable. We were fortunate that, during the majority of our time there, we were the only guests, and it was so quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. We enjoyed spending time outside along the canal.
