"The front desk clerk was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful in allowing us to get into our room early. We had appointments that had a very large gap of time. If she hadn't let us in, we would have had to sit in a waiting room for several hours. She helped us on our check out and held our bags, as well. The hotel was very comfortable and I was very happy to be able to just walk down to the subway level to get to our appointments. "

"We met family at the facility and it did get a bit noisy at times owing to those relatives of ours. The staff was gracious and understanding of our families. "

Breakfast staff person was efficient and friendly. The beds left something to be desired. Every movement by spouse was felt and it was extremely soft. "
