"Nice place but after 10 or 11 at night the owners really don't any noise what so ever..if you want to go for a night out and come back late or want to watch TV late or go out after 11 for cigarette.. you'll be approached by either Avery or Niamh and basically told keep it down so I felt uncomfortable during my stay and wouldn't return..stayed 4 days and the room wasn't serviced once..I had to go downstairs and ask for more toilet roll..towels which is unacceptable "

"Very good location in city. Parking place in side of back yard (behind of gate), very good spacious and safety. Room for single was also spacious. Bathroom was nice. "We got a very warm welcome by Anne who also gave us some good recommendations for dinner. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Nice views out of the room to the bay of Tramore. City center is a 20-30min walk which also gives you the chance to have great views to the bay. The breakfast was great and Anne and her husband have been very friendly. We can defnitely recommend a stay here!"

"we stayed twice, once on day of arrival in Ireland and once on day of leaving. The only problem was that we arrived late at night and it was very difficult to find in the dark as there was no sign visible from the main road. We had to rely on someone from the garage next door to direct us. On our second visit we found it easily of course. Some sort of lighting by the entrance at night would be helpful. "
