"We had a lovely couple of days here. The property is spacious, clean, and in a quiet spot with amazing views, the sea on one side and open fields on the other. Charlie, the property manager, was great and quick to respond to any enquiries. Only a 17 minute drive to Brighton city centre. Saltdean is officially my new favourite place in the south! 😀"

A convenience store a few doors down made it easy to buy anything we needed from food, snacks and drinks including spirits and beer. "We booked a so called “luxury” property through Expedia, and what we arrived to was diabolical. This is not an exaggeration from the moment we arrived, it was obvious the property was in a disgraceful condition. The settee was broken and leaning, covered in stains, the walls were filthy, and the garden was completely overgrown. "All was good except for a minor mix up regarding the lockbox. We had been mailed the wrong code, and it took a while on the phone to correct. The facilities were good and looked quite new. The bath/shower was good, although the bath is rather high off the floor (as so often in renovated houses) and although our family did not mind, it might not suit a frail elderly visitor with limited mobility."
