"GOOD AFTERNOON, I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A HUGE COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS HOTEL, THE SERVICE, THE ROOMS, THE AMENITIES, THE CLEANING, BREAKFAST WAITING AND SERVICE, COFFE SHOP SERVICE... ALL OF IT, I STAYED ALMOST A WEEK HAD 3 ROOMS BOOKED AND WAS PAYING ALMOST 400USD PER ROOM IN VERY SMALL ROOMS AND WITH THE WORST SERVICE I COULD GET. MY GUESTS WERE SHOCKED, I ALWAYS STAY IN THIS HOTEL BUT WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED FOR THE AMOUNT I WAS PAYING I GOT THE SMALLEST ROOMS EVER, THE CLEANING WAS SO BAD THAT...

"Staff were very helpful and made sure we were comfortable. The welcome could have been better. First day we had to ask many staff for coffee and then loads of drinks turned up so communication could be better."
