"GOOD AFTERNOON, I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A HUGE COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS HOTEL, THE SERVICE, THE ROOMS, THE AMENITIES, THE CLEANING, BREAKFAST WAITING AND SERVICE, COFFE SHOP SERVICE... ALL OF IT, I STAYED ALMOST A WEEK HAD 3 ROOMS BOOKED AND WAS PAYING ALMOST 400USD PER ROOM IN VERY SMALL ROOMS AND WITH THE WORST SERVICE I COULD GET. MY GUESTS WERE SHOCKED, I ALWAYS STAY IN THIS HOTEL BUT WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED FOR THE AMOUNT I WAS PAYING I GOT THE SMALLEST ROOMS EVER, THE CLEANING WAS SO BAD THAT...

"The location is ideal for departures from T1 Mumbai airport and the property is in reasonably good condition with a variety of dining options. The chargeable airport dropoff differs from other hotels around who give the service for free."

"Check in denied on the bookings made through Hotel.com.. had to settle the entire room rate on cash. The check-in formalities took a lot more time than normal. Would not stay at the hotel again"
