"We had a wonderful week in Sister Bay! Our favorite parts of the house were the location and the backyard! This made it a super easy place to have kids. They could walk to town and play in the backyard whenever they wanted. The kids loved the third floor room and used it as their hideout. Thanks again for a great week!"

"We recently stayed with a large group and there was plenty of space and options for sleeping arrangements. It also had nice fenced in yard which was perfect for dogs and also to get away from the Main Street! The hosts were very responsive and helpful too. My only complaint is that we didn’t have garbage bags upon arrival. And it is on the expensive side - with additional up charges for pets and early check in. "

"Wonderful location right on the water. View is worth renting alone. Group of six women, traveling as friends, settled in easily. Very roomy with many beds to accommodate everybody's sleeping preference. (Most liked the beds. I prefer a firmer bed and softer pillows). Two main bathrooms, a basement bathroom with shower, powder room made getting ready easy. There is plenty of seating in living room, with large dining table. Kitchen fairly well stocked. Deck was wonderful with comfortable seating...

"The Log Retreat is spacious, inside and out, in a beautiful setting and great location. It accommodated our family well with a well equipped kitchen, very good beds and many onsite activities including pickleball, ping pong and a pool table. We were delighted with how it suited our family’s needs and we enjoyed our stay."

"This was our annual family vacation: Grandparents, two daughters and their husbands, four grandchildren. We enjoyed the game room, the firepit and the regular visits by the deer at the back of the property. The location gave us good access to all of the other attractions in Door County."
