"We are extremely happy to have chosen this Vacation Rental! Jennelle, the owner and host was most helpful and gracious. Receiving the entry instructions a day in advance was appreciated. She came out to greet us upon arrival and showed us around.,The unit is compact but we had everything we needed. The furnishings were top quality inside and out. "We loved our stay at Woodsy Retreat. Our hosts had welcome drinks, crackers and cheeses, and a lovely continental breakfast ready and waiting for us! We loved the cozy decore and homey feel. The pool table was such a treat! We will rent this anazing place again."

"I arrived during a very cold afternoon and was greeted by a warm house with beautiful views. The lovely home was absolutely clean and a peaceful place. There were extra blankets provided for the extraordinarily cold days and nights. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked and so lovely. I wish I could live here full time. I truly love this place (I must as this was my second time staying in less than a year.). Truly recommend staying here!!"

"We loved the views. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The only concern was the chairs at the dining room table. The cross supports were not attached. We chose not to sit at the table. They may need to be replaced. A great place to watch the sunrise and sunsets. Close to hiking trails.We will come back. "

"I could look at the view from the main rooms of this house FOREVER! The weather was sunny but very cold, so the fireplace was much appreciated. We are an older couple who needs a place with very few stairs that will welcome our dogs - this place was perfect. Erika was communicative & helpful without being intrusive - we hope to return some day."

The "Grey House" is a great example of early 20th century architecture and it is conveniently located near all sorts of great shops and restaurants. "It was a great place to stay. Beds were comfortable and many items in kitchen were labeled. The water heater isn't big so when everyone needed to shower we had to wait for water to heat up. Other than that, it was great!"

"What I didn’t like: - This property is going through some kind of transition from a short term rental to a hotel? As a result, amenities you would normally find in a hotel are not offered here. For example, the front desk is only open M-F from 8a-6p so if you need help outside of those hours, you’re SOL. - Cleaning service is only done on a bi-weekly so when we stayed here for 5 days, the room got pretty dirty and we had trash and dirty towels piling up. - The portable AC included in the room...
