"The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the walls were paper thin. We could hear even a standard volume conversation from the room next to us. The mattress and pillows were too soft for my comfort, and the blinds did not block the bright light from outside our room. My husband put a blanket up over the window to darken the room, but still our sleep quality was not the greatest. Overall, the hotel and grounds looked lovely, but it's unlikely we'll stay there again. "

As my wife doesn’t speak English so well, she got some communication problem and this guy just said: “ If you not able to talk my idiom, don’t come to my country”. "It was very peaceful, quiet. Rooms were very clean, bed was comfortable including the couch. Also the showers are very hot, the only flaws was our freezer wasn't freezing our food right also the room smelled like smoke when we first walked into room. Like very strong oder that also smelled like wet dog. And the wifi just never worked. So if you have a kid pls look elsewhere."

"The hotel was outstanding. Breakfast was the best i gave ever had in any hotel. My only complaint was it took a while the second day to get room service. But when we did get it was great. "What a fabulous B&B! The hosts are delightful, respectful, and very sweet. The location was perfect for us, between Lancaster and Lititz, and away from the crazy touristy corridors. The house is immaculate! The atmosphere is elegant yet cozy, peaceful, well appointed! We wanted for nothing. Every need was anticipated and prepared for. "We loved the privacy of staying in our own little cottage. The property has a lot of charm. Any issues we had were easily resolved with a call to the owners. "Overall was great! Wish they would have given complimentary bottled water for each day of stay. Only got it on check-in. They said they had water stations but I threw away the bottles before knowing. Had to buy water from the vending machine. Wish there was more of a hot breakfast given that I paid $200/night (the waffle station was great because that is my favorite) just didn’t have hot breakfast meat to go with it."
