Stowe Riverfront Townhome w/Fireplace. Steps to Historic Downtown

Welcome to Riverfront Pines!
Located at River Court on the Little River in the heart of Stowe. This updated, beautifully appointed townhome has 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and a loft. Perfect for couples, small families or friends in a very convenient location just steps from the quaint town of Stowe.
Walk to great restaurants, shops and the Stowe Rec. Path.
The Village Market is located just across the parking lot should you need anything. It is only a short walk to catch the free Stowe Shuttle to take you to and from the Stowe Mountain Ski Resort or take a 13 minute drive. The Ski Resort offers many fun activities in the summer months as well.

After a day of sightseeing, hiking, biking, skiing or snowmobiling, unwind by the roaring fireplace with the flick of a switch and relax on our new dual recliner sofa and recliner loveseat.
Featuring 2 private decks that overlook the Little River and a wall of pine trees as a backdrop. After a day of adventure, enjoy the quiet, serene surroundings with a good book or beverage. In the summer, enjoy a nearby swimming hole.

Free Wi-Fi is provided along with 3 flat screen TV’s equipped with Amazon fire sticks for streaming Stowe Cable or any of your favorite services.
The main floor has a full spacious kitchen completely stocked with cookware, utensils, plates, glasses, spices, etc., a dining area, bathroom and large living room with a gas fireplace. The spacious loft is set up as a home office with a desk and color printer should you need to work remotely. It can also be a third sleeping area with a futon that sleeps two. The loft and main floor are air conditioned as well as the lower level.
The lower level has two queen bedrooms. The main bedroom offers sliding doors to one of the two decks. Drift off to sleep with the sound of the gently rippling waters of the river. Each bedroom has its own mini split air conditioner. Each bedroom also has its own TV and private bathroom. Each bathroom has heated towel racks and shower heads with a hand held sprayer also. The primary bedroom bath has a jetted tub. The lower level also has a separate laundry room complete with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Quality linens and towels are provided as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and other little extras.

Outstanding Stowe Location
Our time at the Riverfront Townhouse was superb. The condo is exactly as depicted and is fully outfitted. The location is great as well. Being able to walk three minutes to the grocery store or 5-6 minutes into the center of town was a bonus after a full day of skiing. The hosts were helpful and communicated clearly throughout the process. All in all I don't think we could have asked for much more.

Beautiful condo in the heart of historical Stowe villages, located only steps away from local restaurants, bars shops. Stowe mountain is a very short car ride away. The owners keep their home in perfect condition for the guests to enjoy . My family and I thoroughly enjoyed gorgeous views from the back porch, and gathering around a fireplace after a day of skiing. We had fantastic time in Stowe!

Great place to call home for a week
This condo is the ideal location to everything in Stowe. We walked or rode our bikes to just about everything. This condo has every amenity you could possibly want. Chas and Jeanette are excellent hosts. Communication was great. I highly recommend Chas and Jeanette’s condo to anyone looking to be close to everything in Stowe.

This was a delightful condo in the heart of Stowe. Also the best equipped VRBO I've seen (and I've been to plenty). The best feature (besides the foreplace) was the comfortable deck overlooking the river. A wonderful place to chill at night after a long hike.

WOW, Chas and Jeanette have a great place to stay
Host was very helpful with information prior to arrival. They checked in with us to make sure we had everything needed for our stay. Place was great, clean, well equipped and could not have asked for a better location to enjoy the Village at Stowe. If we needed something it was in the condo. Great book on all the instructions and locations of all the property stuff, WIFI, extra towels, games, etc. Plus lots of to do stuff locally. I VRBO had a rating system 1-10 I would give the property and hosts an ll, stellar.

Lovely home, great location
This home is absolutely lovely, clean and stocked with anything you could need and the owners were only a message away. We loved the evenings on the upper deck, listening to the water and watching the stars. It is so conveniently located to the market, the downtown, walking paths, eating places, things to do and is very private, I enjoyed doing yoga in the morning from the master with the door open listening to the water. I would give this home the highest rating possible.

Convenient and clean
This was the perfect place for the weekend of our child’s UVM graduation. Conveniently located with a market next door and clean and welcoming place to rest after long days of activity. I’d love to stay again and use as a base to spend more time hiking and exploring.

Perfect location, walking distance to full service market and downtown Stowe village with several excellent restaurant choices, but without the bustle - this unit has 2 large balconies in the back facing a tranquil river and a wooded area. stowe is a yearly trip for us and riverfront pines is our favorite place to stay! location couldn't be better. our hosts Chaz and Jeanette are always accessible and helpful, we love being in the heart of stowe! we have even stayed on the mountain before but we prefer it here. always clean, love being on the river, love being able to walk to everything downtown..this place is a no brainer and we look forward to our next visit!

Amazing place in Stowe!
I don’t think we have anything negative to say about this property. The check-in process was smooth. We had wonderful communication from the owners. The place is exactly as advertised. Walking distance to town and very close drive up to the mountain. Parking provided. The sofas are so comfortable. Big screen TV works excellently. Kitchen was well stocked except we couldn’t find an ice cream scoop? But other than that, it was an absolutely perfect vacation. Loved the sound of the stream running right outside the back window!

I stayed in the townhouse this past weekend with my three friends for a ski weekend. The townhouse was exactly as described and very clean. Jeanette and Chas were fantastic hosts and checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory. We already re-booked another weekend next winter! Highly recommend.

Overall, we loved the condo and it’s location to everything we wanted to do! The view of the river outside the master bedroom and the living room added to our enjoyment. The stone and gas fireplace added lovely ambiance to our evenings. The historic downtown was minutes away by walking and Stowe Ski Resort was a fifteen minute drive. The loft was not quite ideal for our 20 year old grandson. He stated he would prefer a closed room/door due to voices below traveling up to him. Having the master bedroom and the second bedroom below the living area added a spacious feel to the unit. The second bedroom has limited space for clothing although there are cub -boards in the hallway that could be used. What appears as a closet is actually the location of the heating and water system. As we know these systems are not always quiet. The wooden open steps that lead to each level are beautiful but they added to the travel of sound. We still rate the condo as a 5 star experience!

NYE Ski Weekend
I stayed here with a few friends on NYE and it was amazing! The location is awesome. There is a grocery store right next door and a short walk to downtown restaurants and bars. There is a free shuttle to Stowe mountain which was so convenient. Chas and Jeanette were extremely responsive and even accommodated an extra parking space for us. Would highly recommend!!
