This beautifully furnished oasis is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Stowe Resort and 7 minutes from the vibrant Stowe Village. Professionally designed with inspirations from Japanese minimalism and modern mountain luxury, this newly renovated 2600 sqft, 3 floor townhome offers a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility.

Entertainer's Delight: Step into your culinary excellence in the expansive, newly renovated kitchen that seamlessly blends with the dining area and living room. Designed to inspire cooking enthusiasts, the kitchen features a professional-grade 6 burner stove and dual wall oven, inviting you to unleash your culinary creativity. The Caesar stone countertops add a touch of elegance and provide ample space for meal preparation. The dining area boasts a solid Mahogany table that seats 6+ in addition to a 3 seat breakfast bar in the kitchen.
• The Bear's Den:
Indulge in movie nights and relaxed lounging in the Bear's Den, a cozy retreat adjacent to the lower bedroom. Unwind on the oversized sectional sleeper sofa, perfectly suited for both relaxation and accommodating extra guests. Relax in the velvet armchair, which complements the laptop-sized L-shaped desk, offering a stylish and functional workspace for your convenience. After a long play day in Vermont indulge in the the oversized en suite bathroom with a soak in the tub then drift into a restful sleep on the new king-size Tuft & Needle mattress.

Discover tranquility and style in our secondary bedroom, featuring an en suite skylit bathroom that fills the space with natural light. Beset in the corner, a velvet textured armchair with an ideally sized L-shaped laptop desk for productivity. Whether you choose to relax indoors or step outside to explore the outdoors, this bedroom offers a cozy and inviting retreat.
Exterior:
Effortlessly unload your messy clothes and gear on the front porch and head into Yama Lodge to relax. Moving through the home, elevate your outdoor living experience on the expansive rear deck, situated 15 feet above the ground. Immerse yourself in breathtaking views of Stowe Resort and Smuggler's Notch as you take in the fresh mountain air.

• Discover adventure right outside your door. Explore the Adam's Camp hiking trails to Trapp Family Lodge and the Catamount trails for skinning or Cross Country skiing. Horseback riding and the scenic Stowe Recreation Path are moments from our home. Top Notch Resort & Spa and its amenities are conveniently located across the street.
• Just 5 minutes away, Stowe Resort awaits with its Auto Toll Road and gondola rides up Mount Mansfield. Spruce Peak offers dining, shopping, and captivating events at the Performing Arts Center. For skinning, hiking and climbing enthusiasts, Smugglers Notch is a local Mecca and also just 5 minutes away.
