"My husband and I both agreed that the room was exactly as described. It really was perfect for just the two of us. The bed is SO comfy! We booked it because it has a fitness room included. The neighborhood is quiet, and we were central all the places that we needed to get to for the week. "This is a very nice property and the owner was awesome. Would definitely stay again with a large group. The two baths were great. The beds were comfy, with clean linens. Nice touches like black makeup towels, lamps, the hot tub, and the arcade. May be a midwestern thing but 3 Cleveland rentals and they don’t provide dish clothes or towels, and measuring cups, and dish soap, so be prepared to bring your own or go shopping. "Two key things stand out-a gentleman team member offered to take our luggage cart downstairs for us instead of us doing it-great customer service; and apparently there was a medical emergency on our floor and at the same time my daughter had gone downstairs to as for something-the clerk was very professional and not flustered (and I would have been!). Also-the woman today working breakfast was obviously chosen for that role because she is very friendly!! "
