"Our whole family (12 adults ages 20-77) stayed here and it was perfect for our purpose. Check-in was easy as host was available and accommodating and everything we needed was in the rental. Host arranged for parking and we found the bar downstairs perfect for dinner and celebrating UConn’s win at Fenway. "

"This property was just what we needed, there was 6 of us coming from Florida for a family funeral and we did not want hotel rooms. We wanted a place we could be comfortable and be able to socialize. The owners were very accommodating. The house was clean and had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend this place. We have to come back in June for a wedding. "I stayed three nights in October. The Likes: Close to the subway. It is a "walkable" distance for me to the subway, but one could also take a bus that stops almost in front of the house. The key was left for me in a locker, which I could open with a code. The place has a private shower, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and bedroom. It looked clean and well-maintained. "I give this place 3 stars, its a nice place with a good amount of room but there are a few issues. Our stay was Monday - Friday, just 2 adults. Pros - lots of room. Cons - no ac. There is a portable ac unit on wheels in the bedroom however, the exhaust vent goes behind a curtain to the window but not outside. There is no way to open the window for the exhaust vent to take the hot air outside so it just pumps all the hot air back into the room. Be prepared to wake up at 7:30am every morning...

"Really great stay and the TV in the kitchen was definitely a plus for my stay. The place was fully equipmented with almost everything we needed for a week of stay. Overall really nice and cozy. Would choose this place again if I ever visit the area again."
