"This is a modest motel with much to be modest about, but certainly nothing to be embarrassed about. Although the furniture in the room was a bit eclectic, everything was clean and functional. Check in was quick and efficient. The attached Mexican restaurant seems to have quite a local following. Several other dining options and some shopping is all within walking distance. "

"I was on my way through to Missouri and had a quick overnight stop in Ames, IA. I appreciated the large, spacious room with a full kitchen. I had a large cooler of food I was bringing with me, and having a full refrigerator in the room was a godsend. Very quiet and comfortable stay. Thanks for a good night’s rest! Would definitely stay here again. "

"The desk chair in my room was in very poor looking condition. The room needs more plugins for phones, iPads etc. The only way I could tell what time it was is with my phone but their is no place to plug it in by the bed and their is no clock or alarm in the room.. "
