The Net Loft of Stonington “C”

BRAND NEW LUXURY CONDOS
4 brand new 2 bedroom 2 full bath Condos. Footage between 1250 s/f and 1400 s/f each. Completely furnished with High end finishes for added comfort.
Bathrooms have full walk-in showers with heated floors in both bath and showers. Sleeps 6 or more. private parking/ keypad entry with elevator up to units. Exterior Security cameras. Barbecue just across the street and Big-Y next door. Walk to downtown Mystic. Very quiet Location. Units C,D,E,F listed separately Airbnb.

These units have been sound proofed for privacy and the living room and kitchen is open concept with fireplace.The furniture is the finest in quality.Truly a home away from home. The bathrooms have heated floors into the curbless walk in showers with rain head fixtures in the Master baths. Fully appliances kitchen.

Our guests can have access to the entire property. The back is wooded with open space. it has a fenced in area with a gazebo, picnic table and Weber Grill for cookouts with family and friends.

Once you book, I am always available to my guests. my co-hostess Sandra, will be available 24/7 for all your needs.

Mystic CT is right on the the Mystic river at the mouth of Long Island sound. Founded in the 1600’s and developed into a ship building town. Famous for its draw bridge and mixture of fine shops downtown. Mystic seaport is a must destination for the kids and the Mystic Aquarium are both just a 5 Minute drive. There are great Restaurants everywhere. Mohegan sun and Foxwoods casino which are the largest on the east coast, are a 20 minute drive. There is so much to do for adults and children alike.

The Mystic train station is a 1/2 mile down the road and is a stop coming from New York and Boston. It’s just a quaint little station just outside of the draw bridge area. Easy in and out. Taxi’s, Uber or Limo to your destination. Interstate 95 is very close. Take the Long Island or Montauk ferry right into New London which is a15 minute drive to Mystic.

The property met all our needs. Beds were very comfortable. Parking was convenient. Mystic just few minutes down the road. Lots of activities within 1 hour drive.

My mother and I come to Mystic every year and this was our favorite spot by far. The space was big and beautiful. Very warm and welcoming. Very close to downtown Mystic! The Big Y right next door was perfect. We walked there and the restaurant across the street was wonderful. We can't wait to come back! Highly recommend.

The condo is very nice, clean, and good size .. perfect placement of the bedrooms The outside area does need work. The condo was close to all the places we wanted to visit We had a wonderful time and would stay there again

This property was beautiful! Everything was clean and very nice: a kitchen with all new appliances, bathrooms with heated floors and great showers, and beds with nice bedding and comforters. My family was very happy with the property. We are planning to be back. Thank you!

Our kids attended the aquarium camp for the week; my wife and I were able to work at the apartment, the wifi worked great. It was a great location for being able to get back and forth to the aquarium, but also to skirt around traffic closer to the busier parts of Mystic.

This property was unbelievable! Honestly, when I pulled up I was nervous as the aesthetics outside are a little deceiving. However, this place is a GEM! Our stay was like a SPA retreat. The unit was immaculately clean, walk-in showers, 2 bedrooms (1 on either side for complete privacy). 2 bathrooms, washer, dryer, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen. Spacious living room, TVs in all rooms, and completely air conditioned with multiple remotes to adjust as needed. The décor was beautiful and the beds (and bedding) were extremely comfortable. Keyless entry was really convenient. This is located within just a couple of miles to everything. We were sorry to have to leave!

Everything was very nice! Very comfortable farmhouse decor. Unit is large with two good sized bedrooms and connecting baths. Good size gathering room. Kitchen was equipped with essentials. Highly recommend a stay at Net Loft! Just perfect!

This is an excellent property. The two master bedrooms are large, very comfortable, and private. The two master bathrooms are luxurious and easy to navigate with plenty of towels, large showers, and quite spacious. There is an impressive supermarket 700 feet away and we were able to shop there and prepare several meals in pour kitchen. There is also a fun, popular restaurant and bar across the street.

What a beautiful 2 bedroom unit! Exactly as pictured! Decorated farmhouse and was exquisitely done, from entry (personalized for our family) to kitchen/great room, to both master and junior suites. Cozy fireplace and tv’s in all rooms! Even had coffee available which you don’t typically get when you VRBO. Host was amazing, Sandy reached out a few days before check-in, and was very responsive! Location was perfect for us, between both Mystic and Stonington. Strongly recommend you don’t miss this gem! We travel a lot and this was the nicest and best VRBO we have stayed in, thanks net lofts😊❤️

Net Loft is close enough to everything without being in the thick of it. Very clean, modern and comfortable, the place did not lack any amenities. Sandy was super friendly and can fill you in on anything you need in the area. This is definitely a place worth returning to.

The apartment was stunning. Very decadent with many careful details. It was so quiet and we didn't see anyone else while staying there! Very accommodating and responsive hosts. Expect the cohost to reach out to you ahead of time to coordinate a meet up when you check in. She'll answer any questions you have and give you some tips regarding the space. The restaurant across the street, Dogwatch BBQ, was excellent! The Big Y is also right next door if you plan to do meals yourself in the well stocked kitchen. This rental unit was really beautiful and comfortable. There is a binder full of local attractions and there are a lot! We had plenty to do and didn't get to nearly all of it! We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!
