"We rented the place for a work trip. Showed up Monday night to all of the bedding and towels laying dirty on the floor, dirty dishes in the sink and stinky garbage in the can. Contacted Vacasa, they were accommodating and apologized, but the local staff is apparently incompetent. Showed up Tuesday after work to 10 rolls of toilet paper left at the front door but nothing else, save and except it was clear the toilet paper delivery person was in distress as they left the toilet clogged. "The Fire Lodge was incredibly accommodating and had every amenity we could think of. There was ao much space for our group of 9 to enjoy. We were there for our wedding and it truly felt like a resort in a private cabin. Check in and check out were very simple and made our lives a breeze. The Fire Lodge was clean with very responsive hosts that did not over communicate. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend this stay to everyone we know. "

"Lovely little cabin that we stayed at during our elopement weekend. 10 minutes away from Gold Creek Pond. Property was clean and spacious. Plenty of kitchen space (including microwave, fridge, stove, and kettle) if you decide to bring groceries and cook. Only cons would be the lack of a full-length mirror and lack of space to place your toiletries near the sink. Otherwise, would love to come back again during the colder months!"
