"Birds farm is a lovely place to stay for the local Essex or Sussex area. Very quiet in the evenings, despite being just off a busy road. Great facilities, good comfy beds, very warm heating and well supplied cooking facilities. A pool for summer, grounds and a Summer house and a well stocked games room for kids if the weather is bad. "We had an amazing stay at the cottage after arriving directly from an international flight from the US to visit family in the military. Very clean and matched the photos exactly. Easy walk into town. We brought our 2 year old and the owners had everything so thoughtfully set up (pack n play; high chair; toys!). We had an amazing time!"

"We had a long weekend stay at Dolly’s caravan it was lovely spacious and modern very well cleaned. Was surprised to see tea, coffee and sugar as well as biscuits provided which way a nice touch as well as shower gel and hand wash. Dolly also accommodated our early arrival which we were grateful for. Lidl was a 1 minute drive so was great when picking up supplies. The beach a 5 minute drive and the pool on complex was free. Would definitely consider staying here again if returning to Felixstowe....

"We absolutely loved our stay in Little Oaks over the new year! We always try to book somewhere peaceful to escape NYE fireworks with our nervous dog and this location was perfect - so peaceful! Rob was very friendly and helpful. The cottage was great - lovely and warm with a full kitchen, comfy bed and great shower. Thank you for a great stay! "

Couldn’t have asked for more, the rooms were perfect, we were given a free upgrade to a newly refurbished room which was a lovely unexpected extra and very welcomed.
