A comfortable and attractive apartment in a peaceful, central and popular part of town. Located on the 3rd floor (modern elevator) with an inner courtyard balcony facing south, three bedrooms, one bathroom and a nice kitchen. Just a couple of minutes from Stockholm Sƶdra Train station with direct connection to and from Arlanda Airport and other intercity communications, buses, trains and metro. Walking distance to central Sƶdermalm areas such as Mariatorget, Medborgarplatsen, Slussen, Nytorget and a large number of a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping as well as attractive parks, playgrounds and walking lanes along the waterside. More about the apartment: Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180x200) and access to wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (160x200) and a child's sofa bed. Bedroom 3 has a single bed (120x200). Bathroom with a bath tub / shower and a washing machine. Kitchen with essential utensils and a table / seats 4 people. Livingroom with dining room table for 6-10 people, TV, Google Chrome, DVD player and stereo.

Great stay!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The apartment is great for four and can work for five but you'll have to share a pretty small bed which did work for us. The kitchen is the best equipped we've seen in all our travels. The location is great. You stay in a very local part of Sodermalm so I would be surprised if you see many tourists around the neighborhood. The grocery stores are less than 5 minutes away and have any and everything you want. The commuter train station is a 5 minute walk, the t-bana stop is about 8 and the bus stop is almost outside the door. There are plenty of restaurants within 20 minutes walk with a really good sushi place on the corner outside the apartment.Anna and her husband greeted us when we arrived and made our arrival simple. I highly recommend staying here!

Our stay in Stockholm was truly wonderful, we love the city as first time visitors and staying at Anna's and Anders' apartment just made our stay even better. Our host waited for us to check in, was very communicative and all the information to help with our stay was easily available. The apartment itself is spacious and clean, beds are very comfortable, just evrything about the place had a really good vibe, the location is so handy in Sƶdermalm, next to all types of public transport, supermarkets and restaurants, there was just nothing to fault at all, many thanks for a fabulous stay.

Amazing cozy apartment and host

Beautiful apartment with gracious host, who was always amiable for questions and responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom were excellently supplied. Rooms were comfortable and exactly as listed. Living room and dinning room area were large. Comfortably fit five adults across the three beds.

In diesem Appartement kƶnnen sich alle GƤste wohlfĆ¼hlen. Wir waren zu fĆ¼nft dort, hatten ausreichend Platz, eine tolle KĆ¼che zum Kochen und einen groƟen Esstisch fĆ¼r gemeinsames Essen. Spielen, lesen oder FuƟball (EM) schauen war gut mƶglich. In der gesamten Wohnung gibt es etwas zu entdecken, denn unsere Gastgeberin scheint das Reisen zu lieben. Die Wohnung liegt optimal. Metro, Bus, BƤcker, Discounter oder andere EinkaufslƤden sind in unmittelbarer NƤhe. In kĆ¼rzester Zeit sind wir zum Wasser gelaufen, konnten baden oder einfach den Menschen zuschauen. Wir kƶnnen die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Die Gastgeberin ist freundlich, zugewandt und hat uns herzlich willkommen.

Lā€™appartement est trĆØs bien, trĆØs confortable et chaleureux, il est parfaitement situĆ© : Ć  2 mn Ć  pied de la station de train en provenance directe de lā€™aĆ©roport et tout prĆØs du mĆ©tro et de plusieurs lignes de bus. ƀ moins de 3 mn Ć  pied il y a 2 supermarchĆ©s et plusieurs restaurants, qui font Ć©galement de la vente Ć  emporter. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour qui veut ĆŖtre prĆØs du centre de Stockholm mais dans un quartier calme et rĆ©sidentiel.

Sweet homey spot in a great neighborhood

Annaā€™s apartment was a lovely place to stay. Spacious and well-appointed for our group of 3. Great location near the metro, and an easy walk to the park with the path along the water, and the Old Town. Highly recommend!

Winter in Stockholm

This apartment was so warm and inviting during the cold of the winter. Anna was very good with responding to any questions leading up to our arrival and had many wonderful suggestions set out for our time there. The building is very nice and secure. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for walking around. Very close to Public transport. I cannot say enough how wonderful it was to stay here. From the moment we arrived it felt as if we were in our own home away from home. I really hope to make it back to Sweden, and if we do, Anna will be top of the list of contacts. Schƶne saubere Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schƶn und sauber. In der KĆ¼che ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Die Betten sind warm und bequem. Ein Lidel ist fuƟlƤufig 5 min weit weg und auch sonntags geƶffnet. Die Bahnanbindung in die Innenstadt ist sehr gut.
