"Overall we had a fabulous stay. The space was perfect for our six adults and two kids, the AC blew cold for relief from summer heat, and there were plenty of delicious food options nearby. My family thanked me multiple times for the great find. We would definitely stay there again!"

"Located in a very quiet bay. Houseboat is super clean and Bill is great to work with - very responsive to questions and needs. There is not much in walking distance, so a golf cart (highly recommend), scooter, or bike would be necessary."

"We stayed in Perry Hotel and Marina on Ian's boat for 3 days and it was beautiful! Ian's boat was clean, spacious and had everything we needed! We had full access to the hotel amenities which we used because the weather was perfect. "

"We stayed here for my 50th birthday celebration. 7 of us, including friends and family had plenty of room to hang out together or separate. We only cooked breakfast in the kitchen and the rest of the meals were eaten out, at the many great restaurants in the area! Judy was excellent with communication, responding to texts quickly and was very accommodating, when we arrived an hour earlier than check-in. We all had a great time and would definitely recommend this house! "
