"This motel is always very clean. Big, soft towels. Comfortable bed. Small fridge & microwave are nice. Courteous owners. Clean property. I feel safe there."

"Beautiful property. We actually got the chance to meet the new owners they are wonderful people. The property has been recently renovated so if you see reviews 6 to 8 months old I wouldn't put too much stock in those. The ocean view rooms are fantastic you are steps from the beach there's a pool if the ocean is not your thing. Very well equipped with lounge chairs umbrellas there's actually a pirate ship and a little play area for the kids with a splash pad while the adults relax at the pool...

We had some maintenance items come up and notified the owner immediately. They were very responsive and on top of anything we contacted them about. "Loved this house. The host was great, friendly, fast to respond and very accommodating. The location was close to the beach and to the big store and restaurants. It’s perfect for small children, has toys, games, and a gate on the top deck which was perfect to keep the little ones safe. Will definitely stay again!"

"I've always wanted to try camping on the beach and this was a great way to do it. The tent is very spacious and clean and it is nice not having to bring any extra stuff or set up anything - the tent and chairs are already there. Just bring a cooler and relax. There are even separate shower and bathroom tents. The bed is comfortable and even if you don't stay overnight it would be a super nice way to enjoy the beach during the day. "The property was rated as ocean front but it is about 2 1/2 blocks away you can see the ocean in a distance.. if you walk take mosquito spray they will eat your flesh.. there is a standing water area you have to walk by to get to the beach.. i would say it would be accurate to say you are a 10-12 minute walk by the beach not oceanfront. I also had an issue with the property manager, check out was at 10 a.m it started pouring rain we were on a flood watch the parking area was flooded and we were...

"Nice and quiet. Has dishes so you can do at home meals if you dont want to go eat out daily. Grocery store isnt to far butmaybe 2miles. The only downside, theres was no gravel parking or pathway to entrance of house, so you had to walk through grass and with rain it can get muddy and wet feet if not wearing closed shoes. "
