"The views from this location on the bluff are absolutely amazing. The house had what we needed, but things were dated. Some of the windows are cloudy, and the furniture isn't all that comfortable. We had to drive 9 miles out of the way to pick up the welcome packet at the Vacasa office. (I don't think I will use Vacasa again.) The entry code had 10 digits and was the most difficult entry pad I've ever used. The lights in the entry were difficult to figure out because there were switches on 3...

"We met up with our out of town family for the holidays at Reflections and it was perfect for us. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was nice, and we really liked having the separate spaces which gave everyone plenty of room. We’d love to visit again when it is warm enough to use the pool."

"Great location, comfortable house, there were a few maintenance issues and we got locked out of the house (code stopped working on the door) before our check out time. Luckily there were people still in the house to let us back in."

"My husband and I, along with his sister and her husband just had a fabulous weekend at Castlehaven. The architecture of the home itself is quite unique. Add the perfect Sea Ranch location, two ensuite bedrooms in the house (there is also a third bedroom that we did not use), well equiped kitchen, hot tub -- all 5 minutes from the Bluff Trail, and it is truly a special place. Communication with our host was quite easy and check out a dream. We hope to return!"

"The house was cozy and felt like a home. It was clean and well-equiped. It had a nice view of the meadow. We have been coming to Sea Ranch for 40 years and some of the places we have stayed more recently had no character or warmth and this house had it all. "

"This is the second year in a row we have stayed here for my birthday weekend. We love the sunny deck with beautiful ocean views, the long hiking trail along the coast, the beautiful bathtub in the master suite, and the hot tub under the stars. Pure bliss."

"The house is just as advertised, right on the ocean with sweeping views. And for our stay in cold January, the heating works very well and both gas fireplaces put out nice heat. Hot tub also clean and warm. The decor and interiors could use some updating...but other than that a very nice house."

"Four longtime girlfriends and I stayed here for three nights to celebrate a birthday. Overall, the stay was perfect. The house is just as advertised, the kitchen was well stocked with details like sharp knives (something you almost never find in vaca rentals!) and enough dishware for everyone. The location is great and close to things like the grocery store. We especially loved the hot tub! The one thing that threw the experience slightly off was the repeated house rules around towels. I know...

"Very well situated and stocked family and Fido friendly home. Walk to the beach or One-eyed jacks playground within minutes. A quick 5 minute drive into Gualala allows you to get anything you forgot at home. The reverse floor plan build of this home makes for great wildlife watching from the window seats in the open living area. It certainly provided a much needed break from the hustle and bustle of the city life. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!"

"Spent a weekend here with family and friends. The vacation home is beautiful and very tastefully done! Offers spectacular views from front yard and backyard, and lots of entertainment with the game room and swimming pool. David is a warm and welcoming host, very easy to communicate with. We had a great time, and would definitely recommend this vacation home to those visiting the area!"

"Roupa de cama usada, internet intermitente, sem café da manhã, colchão que nem o lixo aceitaria, desprezo e falta de consideração pelo hóspede. Não recomendo Nem por uma noite, que passei acordado por causa do colchão. Não recomendo O restaurante do hotel: cobraram $30,00 por um pão velho, comida passada e vencida. Em 29 dias de hospedagem está foi a pior. Olhem o chuveiro. "
