The front entrance to this tri-level townhome welcomes you to the ultra-stylish living room. This striking space features two dramatic green velvet mid-century modern sofas precisely arranged for conversation. Colorful accent pillows and matching decor give this space a wonderfully pulled-together designer vibe.
The media center features a Roku-enabled flat-screen TV and an electric fireplace for warmth and ambiance.
The dining room, with a delightful pop of color in the purple area rug, boasts a formal wood table for 6, with a small banquet table and two casual Acapulco chairs. Dine in style under the light of the crystal chandelier looking over the private rear yard and generous deck.
A kitchen fit for a gourmet fills this sun-dappled space. You`ll be creating your specialties amongst crisp, white cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a wood floor beneath you.
A convenient half bath is also located on this level.
Through the sliding doors in the dining room, you`ll find your open deck, complete with bistro table for two and lounge seating for 4. Enjoy your morning coffee as you gaze over the shared green space.
Upstairs are 3 carpeted bedrooms. The first is themaster suite, with a king bed and ensuite bath. The last two each feature a double bed and share a hall bath.
Whether your family is looking to enjoy a weekend near DC or a longer getaway in a quiet and convenient location, you`ll find this townhome at the Countryside community is a perfect space for your northern Virginia adventure.
IMPORTANT NOTE: CountrySide is a family-oriented community that prizes courtesy and quiet. For this reason, we can only invite family groups to any of our CountrySide properties. Additionally, because of past conflicts, we have had to enact a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for any violation of the either our noise or quiet hours (10pm - 8am) policies. In order to be fair and impartial with this noise policy, we have installed NoiseAware in all of our CountrySide properties. This technology is similar to a smoke alarm, but instead detects noise over a pre-set decibel.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM
All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Virginia Law.
The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided
Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
Pets now allowed.
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.
Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.
Cleanliness:
This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.
Late Checkout:
Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings with no past Airbnb reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Internet/Cable:
The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.
Copyright Infringement:
Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.
Starter Supplies:
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items
